Shipping policy

During the current Corona Virus outbreak postage from the UK has been affected on a country by country basis.  Please visit the Royal Mail website using the link below to see how postage to your country is affected.

If you wish to delay the postage of any bought items until there is more certainty around postage please contact me through the Contact section of this site.

There are no shipping costs for pattern downloads. For all physical sales shipping is made by UK Royal Mail.

All orders are posted within 7 working days of placing the order, unless they are made to order in which case specific times will be clearly stated in advance. Please allow up to 14 days for overseas orders although some postal times vary considerably in different regions. Shipping outside the UK may be longer, due to local customs and postal systems. If you would like faster shipping or tracked or signed for services, please contact me, and I will arrange priority mail at an additional cost.
