BlytheCon UK 2019

Blythecon Bristol feels ages ago now, but I had such a great day, as ever at Blythecon events. Mainly it is a lovely occasion to meet up with people who you’ve talked to online but it's also a chance to connect with customers and to be inspired by the creativity of so many makers. It amazes me that people bring such complex displays with them, that they have packed carefully and assembled for one day to delight and amaze everyone. I loved seeing Yatabazah’s stall, I've been inspired by his work for many years, and it was a real delight to see his lovely creations in real life, they are as sophisticated and exquisite as I knew they would be. I also loved Hillevi, and Northern Primitives. It was lovely to see Liz from WoollyRockers again and she had an inspired sweater dress that the Moofs are going to have to fight over.  I managed to kit Wataru out with a new tank top and I also added to the Moshling family with a few little ones,  a cute little sweetie, called Gigi, who I can’t wait to start making some sets for.
